Reclon Consultants is a customer-oriented consulting engineering firm seeking the optimum solution to client’s requirements. Project Management, Electrical and Mechanical Consulting engineering services has been provided to private enterprises, public enterprises, municipalities, government, non-governmental organisations (NGO) including foreign government development projects in Zimbabwe.
Reclon Consultants is a member firm of the Engineering Council of Zimbabwe (ECZ), Zimbabwe Association of Consulting Engineers (ZACE) and its statutes and operations comply with the general requirements, code of ethics, quality assurance guidelines of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC).

Our dedicated technical and administrative staff is the backbone to the services we provide. Our emphasis is team effort and the development of skills of subordinates. We concentrate all abilities and efforts on the project at hand. We are committed to providing a superior service and endeavor to deliver beyond customer expectations with a team of over 18 engineers, technicians and support staff.
Eng Cleophas Dube
Engineer Cleophas Dube is a co-founder of Reclon Consulting Engineers (Pvt) Ltd. Cleophas is a qualified and professional Electrical Engineer. Eng. C. Dube has Building Services Consulting Engineering experience spanning over thirty years. He is a Director within the firm, in that capacity he is the Head of the Electrical Engineering Divisions and Project Management.
Eng Regis Bhunu
Engineer Regis Bhunu is a co-founder of Reclon Consulting Engineers (Pvt) Ltd. Regis is a qualified Mechanical and professional Mechanical Engineer. Eng. R. Bhunu has Mechanical Consulting Engineering experience spanning over thirty years. He is a Director within the firm, in that capacity he is the Head of the Mechanical Engineering Divisions.
